GALAXYCORE SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING
GalaxyCore Semiconductor Manufacturing Base, officially GalaxyCore Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., referred to as GalaxyCore Semiconductor, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GalaxyCore Inc. Located in Lingang New Area, Shanghai, the facility represents an investment of over 10 billion RMB. Construction began with foundation work in Q4 2020, and mass production commenced in 2023, marking the launch of China’s first 12-inch specialty CIS production line.
This production line completes GalaxyCore’s manufacturing capabilities, enabling a fully integrated and independently controlled supply chain covering design, manufacturing, and packaging & testing. GalaxyCore Semiconductor operates a state-of-the-art, fully automated specialty production line, focusing on CIS process innovation and customized product manufacturing, with a strong footprint in high-end CIS applications, including mobile, automotive, and IoT sectors.
