GALAXYCORE ZHEJIANG MANUFACTURING BASE
GalaxyCore Zhejiang Manufacturing Base, officially GalaxyCore (Zhejiang) Limited Corporation, referred to as GalaxyCore Zhejiang, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GalaxyCore Inc. Phase I, launched in 2019, spans over 80,000 square meters, integrating R&D, production, and warehousing into a modern industrial park. It houses FT, CP, RW, and COM production lines, along with OIS and VCM R&D projects, establishing itself as a leading global packaging and testing base for image sensors and display driver chips. Phase II construction began in 2024, focusing on the development of a specialty CIS process line.
CIS & DDIC Packaging and Testing
GalaxyCore Zhejiang operates Chip Probe (CP) testing, Reconstructed Wafer (RW) processing, Chip on Module (COM) packaging, and Final Test (FT) lines, along with OIS optical image stabilization packaging R&D. Phase II will further expand the CIS specialty process line to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
CP Line
The fully automated CP testing line conducts wafer-level functional testing, ensuring high efficiency and precision to meet customer requirements.
RW Line
The RW line integrates wafer thinning, dicing, and automated optical inspection, leveraging advanced laser grooving technology to achieve a 99.5% yield rate, ensuring superior camera module quality.
COM Packaging
The COM Packaging, our third-generation camera module packaging, outperforms the COB packaging with fewer moving particles, improved tilt control, higher backside pressure, and enhanced thermal efficiency.
Final Testing
The FT production line ensures that every CSP chip undergoes rigorous testing, meeting the high standards of module manufacturers.
OIS Packaging
Through continuous innovation, we have developed proprietary sensor-shift OIS technology. Combined with GalaxyCore's high-performance CIS, our OIS modules deliver stable imaging, enabling rapid dynamic control for high-end camera modules.
Phase II
GalaxyCore Zhejiang's Phase II project will focus on developing a high-end CIS specialty process line. In collaboration with GalaxyCore Semiconductor's wafer manufacturing line, this expansion will establish a fully integrated industrial chain, driving further innovation in high-performance CIS technology.
